xorg-x11-6.9-RC2 rpm packages for Fedora Core systems and friends updated

Hi, 
I had found a bug that I had introduced on my cleanups, I had
deleted /usr/include/X11 link, which is important in some compilations.

So I had updated rpms, to correct this bug and add some other features,
