chips 65548 question

Hello, I have a digital hinote ultra ii with a chips and technologies 
65548 video chip and an 800x600 lcd. I have xorg from debian sarge and 
have pasted my XF86Config-4 below. Everything is working well except 
that the display needs to be virtically adjusted towards the bottom of 
the lcd and I'm not sure how best to accomplish this. Basically, the 
image wraps around to the bottom of the lcd. If I move the cursor 
towards the top of the display I can eventually see it near the top and 
near the bottom as well. The cursor will dissapear into the top of the 
display and into the top of the wrapped area at the bottom of the 
display. I have thoroughly tried to correct this with various ModeLine 
permutations. Any suggestions or ideas for troubleshooting are greatly 
appreciated. Is there any other infomation or output that I can provide 
that might help? Thanks! -Garett
