man pages for libXxf86vm & libXxf86misc

Is there any reason the man pages for libXxf86vm & libXxf86misc
are hidden out of the way in xc/programs/Xserver/hw/xfree86/doc/man?
Even better, why the libXxf86misc man pages are not installed?

Given the impending modularization, would it make more sense to
move them to xc/lib/Xxf86vm & xc/lib/Xxf86misc/ so they end up
in the right modules?    What's the best way to move files like
this in CVS without screwing too much up?
