Writable www directory

Using the power of acls, daniels has made the www directory for 
xorg.freedesktop.org (aka wiki.x.org) writable by group xorg.

I've taken the liberty of copying the X11R6.8.2RC2 tarball into a new 
X11R6.8.2 directory, and also created a .tar.gz version for luddites 
without bunzip2.

I'd like to encourage people releasing stuff to stick it right into the 
www directory so that we can use short (and easily re-mappable) URLs that 
won't change over time.
