If someone wrote something like this

as answer to mail from someone who is working probably for two year on
modularizing xorg (probably for free).

My thought is - Mr E_T got answer he asked for.

To you:

If you doesn't get answer to your question - this can means:
1) someone who knows answer is too busy 
2) answer was answered many times
3) no one knows answer

I think 3 is true.

No one except nvidia has documentation. xorg nvidia driver was written
by nvidia and is undocumented.

If you are using xorg nvidia driver or nvidia binary driver - no one
here is able to help you except nvidia.
