agpgart and user land

I ran into a error 1 with 904 and 903 with agpgart on x86, kernel 2.6.15-rc2. 
But digging around led me to ;

Applying those changes got around the problem. 

I am just wondering if this is something temporary with xorg or if this is 
something the kernel folks will need to eventually change. I'm guessing this 
is a kernel-headers issue.
