  Did your document(ps, pdf...) with MS[Adobe]'s font embedded will
  affect your document's license?

  License has its range of the legal effect, it can't beyond the
  right not belong to it(or him, the copyright holder).

  The document and embedded font itself are two subject matter, so
  the license of two target cannot affect each other, IMHO.
