Various fixes in Bulgarian keymappings

Hi guys,
The author of Bulgarian keymaps - Anton Zinoviev and me had a talk 
yesterday of fixing various issues with the Bulgarian keymaps and doing 
several enhancements.
As Anton is a little bit busy these days, I will be contacting the xorg 
developers.
How would you prefer to receive the bugs and enhancements - patches in 
Bugzilla or here in the list?
Who is the exact person to contact on these problems - I checked the CVS 
- there are several people committing there.
There are minor glitches that we would really like to fix before 7.0 is 
out and which are applicable now. Enhancements could wait the code 
freeze is already in place.
