cat /dev/ttyS0 creates output on the console when touching the screen,
so I suppose it's ok.
hmm, right baud rate... 9600 gives the behaviour I described, 4800 has
the cursor switch between 4 fixed positions (corners of a rectangle) on
the screen, and 2400 makes it go to the bottom right instead of top
left, where it will stay forever (in addition, any stylus movement seems
to generate a "left-click" event). 19200 results in no reaction at all.
