I can't speak to that mouse in particular, but I have the logitech multimedia 
mouse which has 15 buttons or so.  I've blogged about it here:  
http://movingparts.net/b/?p=78 and that has the details for what kernel 
module I had to use, what I had to put in my xorg.conf, etc.
