xorg-bugzilla-noise@ is pretty noisy.

One way to do this would be to create virtual accounts on pdx - savage-driver@ 
for example - that's an alias to xorg-bugzilla-noise@, and set the virtual 
account to be the default component owner.  You could then add savage-driver@ 
to your Users to Watch pref.

There has to be a better way though.  Any bugzilla ninjas around that know it?
