xserver installation guide feedback

hi -

i just went through building the kdrive xserver using the
xserver-inst.sh script from the website.  it all worked okay,
with a couple of minor exceptions:

    - the fetch and build of RecordExt is missing.  perhaps
	this is a new dependency.

    - i had trouble with the PKG_CONFIG_PATH variable.  using
	the supplied syntax didn't work for me:
	    export PKG_CONFIG_PATH="/opt/fdo/lib/pkgconfig:$PKG_CONFIG_PATH"

	i don't know if this was because PKG_CONFIG_PATH was initially
	empty, and pkg_config doesn't like the dangling ':' on the end,
	or whether my pkg_config (version 0.15.0) is simply different.
	simply using this form:
	    export PKG_CONFIG_PATH="/opt/fdo/lib/pkgconfig"
	worked fine.

i'm bcc'ing seth klein, who seems to be responsible for the wiki
page and the script...
