Xinerama and composite?

Hi.
I've just tried out the new X server, and it seems pretty cool - great job!

I've just been having one problem - getting Xinerama and composite working
together at the same time.

I've tried it on 2 computers, both with a dualhead NVidia Geforce 4 video card
using the binary drivers (one of them has a Geforce 4 MX440, the other with a
TI4200) with a standard dualhead setup (*NOT* nvidia twinview - that seems to
work - extremely slowly (it seems that it looses the acceleration that I set up
in my config) - but causes problems with other things) and in both cases it only
works when the Xinerama extension is disabled.

If Xinerama is enabled on my setup, the shadows are drawn very nicely on my
primary screen, but the window contents seem to be missing, and on the second
screen nothing is drawn properly, and some random segments of windows *may*
flash.
This seems to have nothing to do with window managers (tested under xfce, gnome
(metacity), and fluxbox)

Googling for variations on 'composite xinerama xorg 6.8' yeild no helpful
results, so I decided to pose a question to this mailing list, although I'm not
sure it's the best place.

Is this a known issue with the composite extension, or is it possibly a problem
with my setup?

If it's a the latter, is this the right place to ask, or should I post this
information, along with my current config, elsewhere?

If it's an issue with the composite extension, are there patches anywhere, or
workarounds? Should I file a bug? If so, how do I do it?

Thanks in advance for any help I recieve.
