dual display not working

I'm trying to setup dual displays on my PC and am having problems. I
can get either of the two video cards to work OK by themsevles, but when
I try to use both I don't get any output on either. I can CTRL-ALT-F1
and manually do a reboot to recover (even though I can't see what I'm
typing) so it's not completely hung but just no output. I didn't see
any errors in the Xorg.0.log
so I'm not sure what's going on. I'm using a entoo based system running
the 2.4.28-pre3-bk9 kernel and have xorg 6.7.0 installed. The two
video cards are an Nvidia Geoforce 3 (using Nvidia's driver) and a
Hauppauge 350 (using ivtv-fb and ivtvdev). I've attached both my
xorg.conf and my logfile. In the xorg.conf file, I can comment-out
either of the two Screen settings and things work. Any help greatly
appreciated.
