Problems getting developer access to the xorg cvs

Strictly speaking, one of the other sitewranglers took it upon himself
to yank the privs I had for providing access.

He didn't bother to tell anyone, let alone me. Nor did he update the
docs.

Frankly I'm way too busy to put up with that kind of nonsense.
