The secondary is a placeholder for Windows. It is meant to indicate the 
presence of a second head (apparently Windows thinks one head per PCI 
device).

Looks like that. Have you tried specifying chipid ? Try some of RV 
variants.

Also, could you check what kind of Rage Theatre his card has ?
Does it say "Rage Theatre" or "Theatre 200" on the chip ?
Once you get the Xserver working please e-mail me the log - for reference.
