Hrm... Can you post your config file too ?

Hrm, 2 things, first:

(WW) RADEON(0): Failed to probe xtal value !

Can you try again see if that ends up working ? Typically if the machine
isn't too "loaded" while X starts... I need to improve this routine.

Also, where does the flickering happen ? On the panel or on the CRT2 ?
It normal that you won't be able to put your panel native mode on the
CRT, have you tried using a different mode there or even dual head ?
