you might be able to get an embedded card or industrial one with an m3 on it,
something like http://www.voxtechnologies.com/Flat_Panel_Display_Industrial_Workstations/ati_m3_16mb_agp_display_card.htm
but at a guess I'd say they are expensive compared to off-the-shelf
cards... the mobility chips are used a lot in industrial/embedded
spaces due to the long lifetimes they have....
