VT switch during X startup

If you edit programs/Xserver/hw/xfree86/os-support/linux/lnx_init.c, you
can disable the syscalls to switch VTs.  I did this a while ago for
Debrix (so I could watch the enormously verbose log scroll past and see
where it locked up), and it worked alright.
