Not really...
My experience is that most people don't manage to pick the correct
component anyway.
I admit sometimes this is hard and the problem ultimately turns out
to be in a totally different place than one thought. However people
even get the simplest cases wrong. What's more they don't bother
to set the component in which case the top one gets preselected.
I don't know if we can make this undifined and let bugzilla report
an error to the user if it is in this state.
