[Xorg] Xfbdev acceleration without offscreen pixmaps?

The frame buffer is a pixmap, so any windows drawn to the visible frame 
buffer will be acceleratable.

With Composite, not all windows are drawn to the visible frame buffer, 
hence the strange conditions in the kaa code.
