[Xorg] LICENSE file?

I certainly don't want to be flamebait here, but IAAL (yes, no "N") 
after all:

Is there a LICENSE or COPYING or equivalent file somewhere in the 
repository? Is there any file that is also part of the binary 
distribution that contains the relevant licenses?

I didn't even find anything the like on x.org at the first glimpse...
