[Xorg] Successfully compiled Kdrive, but...

I think I'll try again. What Firefox and other GUI Wms and apps Kdrive
dependencies needed in order to compile? How do I start ratpoison or
firefox with Kdrive on a command line? I appreciate any hints on topic.
