[Xorg] Xvesa, Xfbdev, Xchips ... wrong color palette?

The same result :( 
I have an Nvdidia gforce 4 if this has something to do with this, and i
used this command:

/opt/fdo/bin/Xvesa -screen 1400x1050x16 -swaprgb -2button -br :1 & xterm
-display :1 -e /root/startup
