[Xorg] Frozen pointer on Kdrive

I have recently installed Kdrive and it starts out just fine with Xvesa
and Xfbdev, however the mouse doesn't move. I was searching far and wide
on Internet, on Gentoo Forums, etc. and know that others have  the same
problem. My dmesg and logs show nothing regarding the matter. How do I
debug? What are the places or methods to glean some inforamtion what is
actually going on when it freezes. Thanks in advance.
