The only information required from the monitor is the frequency ranges
it supports.
You can put that information by hand in the xorg configuration file.

You can find the frequency ranges in the monitor manual or in the back
of the monitor in some models.

According to this [1] page, your monitor's frequency ranges are:

horiz. 30-70kHz., vert. 50-160Hz
