[Xorg] Lots of dlloader-related fixes

Lots of cleanups to get the video drivers working with the dlloader.  Please 
test on your favorite hardware, the patch touches around 25 drivers and I can 
only test six or so.  In particular, sunffb, mga, chips, and glint hardware 
almost certainly need testing to make the overlay modes work.

I'd like to get this committed as soon as possible, but I'm afraid I won't 
make the alpha freeze on Friday.
