We'll have quite a few render things to check out.  There are some
non-mmx improvements in the kdrive fb code as well.

I'm really debating disabling all accelerated render in xaa until we
write a working hook.  It doesn't pass in the destination format, so
currently the driver just has to guess what the dest format is, which is
wrong.
