It has to do with Render and particular compiler. The problem was that
HostDataBlit was called as an argument to HostDataBlitCopyPass.

This breaks if the compiler stores buf_pitch (among other variables) first
and then calls HostDataBlit.

This could be a gcc bug, but more likely C does not specify the order
in which function arguments are evaluated.
