Never use Subject as a filter rule. You'll have better results using List-Id. 

 List-Id: Discuss issues related to the xorg tree <xorg.freedesktop.org>

So your filter rule will test:

 if List-Id has xorg.freedesktop.org; then
  file into inbox.xorg

Or something like that.
