Well, except for the ATI unresolved syms, I've helped myself (adding necesarry 
function exports to hw/xfree86/loader/dixmod.c).
But, still, when running xcompmgr or metacity with compostie enabled, i've got 
beautiful translucent windows with shadows under them, but..... all windows 
are just gray, nothing inside, just like those weren't properly written to 
offscreen buffer.
