build problems

I have downloaded the source using git, then perform the following tasks

export PATH=/usr/local/xorg/xbuild/bin:$PATH
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/local/xorg/xbuild/lib/pkgconfig:$PKG_CONFIG_PATH
export ACLOCAL="aclocal -I /usr/local/xorg/xbuild/share/aclocal"

then run

./util/modular/build.sh -m /usr/local/Mesa-6xxx -D -d -c -n 
/usr/local/xorg/xbuild

i get the problems below, everything starts failing, can anyone suggest 
any solutions ?
