what's with fb/fbcmap.c ?

Hi folks,

while building the server, some symbols from fb/fbcmap.c are needed,
(in fact its: miext/shadow) but libfb does not contain fbcmap.o, 
instead the source file is added to EXTRA_DIST there. 

Should I add it to libfb's sources or miext/shadow ?
