help wanted: get minimal xserver built

I looked through the latest release and saw now such package.
(didnt check cvs yet). 

So which way do we wanna go ? 

a) add a new package (ie. "xorg-build"), which contains 
   such files, 
   
b) simply add the missing file(s) to each package which
   requires them
   
?
