help wanted: get minimal xserver built

If you're working from tarballs, then ./configure works fine.  If you
need to rebuild the autotoolage, then you'll need the macros.  Either
out of util/macros or there's probably a util-macros tarball somewhere.

Either way, I'm sure you could find out in less time than this mail
exchange has taken.
