disable-xdmcp asking for proto

The bug is in the output missing the carriage return between
"checking for XDMCP..." and "checking for XSERVERCFLAGS..." - the protos
are always needed for building an Xserver - they are the headers for the
X protocol and extensions, and are not part of the xdmcp option.
