[PATCH] Fix configurable path in server

Attached small patch should make --with-xkb-path and --with-rgb-path
actually work.

BTW: It seems that the modular server looks for xorg.conf-4 instead of
xorg.conf-7. The problem is that XF86_VERSION_MAJOR doesn't get set and
it takes the hardcoded default value 4.
