It's not (patched out) in either Debian or Ubuntu, but neither am I
convinced that anyone actually uses it.  We're shuffling over to Mesa
for all our DRI needs shortly (where glide is not built IIRC), so I
don't see that migrating glide users to voodoo will be a huge loss.
