[xorg-server] `make dist-bzip2' fails.

Ladies and Gentlemen I've found the culprit - missing flex program. What 
a pity that scripts cannot inform user about missing programs :/

That wasn't end of my problems. There's a typo in 
xserver/xorg/hw/xfree86/doc/man/Makefile.am and I had to modify it 
(patch attached).
