Well, the current monolithic tree is not installilng them anywhere, so
putting them in X11/internal should not be impossible. The only thing I
know of that uses them is XTrap.
The problem with putting them in X11/internal/ is that then the monolithic
build will also have to install them there, so that the monolithic
version of
XTrap will continue to build.
