libX11/locale problems

Hmm ... after the last commit by Daniel (1.12 lib/X11/configure.ac)
the behaviour has somewhat changed. Instead of /usr/lib/X11/locale now
"${datadir}/X11/locale" is used. Bug or feature?

Probably you currently need to specify "--datadir=/usr/share" for
configure, but I didn't verify this yet ...
