Current build failures

Hi

Just to let you know. I've encountered the following build failures in
current CVS:

lib/XvMC: error: X11/extensions/XvMClib.h: No such file or directory
app/proxymngr: needs lbxproxy (see below)
app/twm: needs man/Makefile.in (man/Makefile.am missing)
app/xsetroot: /usr/include/X11/bitmaps/gray not installed
app/bitmap: /usr/include/X11/bitmaps/xlogo16 not installed
app/xfwp: io.c:279: error: storage size of 'time_zone' isn't known
app/xfd: (lib)xft required
app/xbiff: /usr/include/X11/bitmaps/{mailfull,mailempty} not installed
app/xdm: multiple definitions of Xdm*Auth during linking
app/lbxproxy: include files not found (can't remember)
app/listres: listres.c:48: error: 'caddr_t' undeclared
app/xfs: os/connection.c:260: error: 'fd_mask' undeclared
app/xgc: choice.c:264: error: syntax error before 'caddr_t'
app/xman: buttons.c:452: error: 'caddr_t' undeclared 
app/xmh: error: 'S_IWRITE' undeclared (first use in this function)
app/xset: xset.c:169: error: 'caddr_t' undeclared
app/xstdcmap: xstdcmap.c:96: error: 'caddr_t' undeclared
app/xtrap: xtrapin.c:108: error: 'caddr_t' undeclared
data/cursor: No rule to make target `X_cursor-16.png'
xserver/xorg: bigreq.c:44:21: error: modinit.h: No such file or directory
driver/*: requires xserver.pc (see above)

Any other directory with a "configure.ac" file builds fine. :-)

I didn't find any time yet to create/provide any patches.
