Mesa 6.3.1 merge

Did build fine for me (gcc 3.3.3 (suse 9.1), x86), but as far as dri is 
concerned doesn't run:

that symbol seems to be in libGL.so.1.2, however. Though I can't make it 
work now with a libGL and radeon_dri built from Mesa neither (at least 
just yesterday I could get at least the driver loaded though the glapi 
dispatch code looked broken (no-op dispatches called, segfaults in 
display lists, bogus entrypoints called in display lists) - that may 
only be in mesa cvs, not the 6.3.1 release though, not sure).
