I'm not quite sure where that came from, since the topic of discussion
for the past several days has been exactly how to coordinate the work --
see the recent threads.  The basic outline is presented here:

There are still a couple questions to answer there, but I think we're
getting very close.  The next major hurdle is for those that were
involved in the previous modularization and autotooling efforts to
discuss what they did, what worked/didn't work, how they approached the
problem, etc., which I described here:

I'm hoping that Keith, Daniel, Adam, and the others that were involved
will have time shortly to add to the discussion, so that we can really
start moving forward with the implementation.  We're almost there.
