Yes.  I wanted to make sure that the proposal didn't change once it was
presented to the Architecture Working Group.  It's not good to change
proposals in any substantial way while it's being reviewed and after
it's accepted.  However, the changes suggested here only fix incorrect
statements, so I think they are fine.  I'll go ahead and fix them.

If there are other changes that need to be made, please feel free to
send them to me or more preferably to this list, so that we can all see
them and comment as needed.
