Linux KMS driver for Geode LX

Greetings,

As previously discussed on this mailing list, xf86-video-geode will
eventually be retired and replaced with a Linux KMS driver.

Someone had actually started working on such a driver ages ago. The
author has been tracked down and just uploaded what he has below:

Help to polish the code and upgrade it for for merging at the LKML is welcome.
