          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 80825
          Assignee: xorg-driver-geode at lists.x.org
Summary: Output is disabled on VT switch
        QA Contact: xorg-driver-geode at lists.x.org
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Linux (All)
          Reporter: dg at emlix.com
          Hardware: x86 (IA32)
            Status: NEW
           Version: unspecified
         Component: Driver/geode
           Product: xorg

When using a dumb framebuffer driver like vesafb, a switch from X to another VT
produces a black screen. This is because of vg_set_custom_mode disabling the
CRT output in DF_DISPLAY_CONFIG and DF_VID_MISC.

Before RandR support was introduced (i.e. before d681a844e), LXLeaveGraphics
had a final call to lx_enable_dac_power that reenabled the output.
