Which video ratio does not solve in your platform? Is it 1024x600?
About the random color stripes, I hope you can provide your reproduce
steps more detail and the screenshot if possible. Let me know more this.

You can check the
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/xorg/driver/xf86-video-geode/log/. And use
the latest geode driver to try it.
