A little off-topic, but first name is always first name, second name
is always second name!  Just in case someone doesn't know, the
difference is which name is the family name, and which is the given
name.  In the west it's given name then family name, whereas in China,
it's family name then given name.  My guess is that Huang and Cui are
family names which come first :-)
