I have committed all four of Frank's patches to our upstream GIT,
along with Daniel Drake's patch from a few days ago.

However, Hunk's two patches did not apply cleanly using "git am" and
they probably need to be refreshed, before I can successfully commit
them.

Could everyone test what's in GIT and let me know if there's any patch
that is missing? My goal would be to release Geode 2.11.9 before the
end of this month.
